Flocculation System in a Container

The flocculation system – built into a container – is a fully automatic unit for the continuous production of polyelectrolyte solutions from pourable granulates and fluid polymers. Stock solutions can be prepared as well as ready-to-use solutions with concentrations from 0,05 % to max. 1 %.

The adolescence for producing the stock solution depends on the issue quantity and volumetric capacity of the unit.
It takes about 60 minutes by maximum output of the issue quantity.

Unit capacity: 1000 liter to max. 10.000 liter ready-to-use solution per hour.

The unit is suited for a multitude of procedural applications: in the field of waste water treatment or in tunnel advance engineering. Basically where ever polyelectrolyte solutions are needed.

The units are fully automatic, continuously or discontinuously working polyelectrolyte processing stations which operate according to the three chamber flow principle.

The container provides all required ports such as inflow and emersion of raw water with metering of the flocculant.

There is a flowmeter built into the pipes. On request also a hygrometer can be installed and the metering refers to this indicator as well.

Furthermore a water supply for dilution water and connections for electric power supply are provided.

The dosing of granulates results from the automatical metering unit for bulk material..

The control system of the unit is flexibly programmable.

The advantages of a unit in a container guarantees the fast assembly/disassembly of the unit wherever a quick operation is needed.
